BSCPA ADVOCATES FOR A MORE BICYCLE FRIENDLY SOUTH CENTRAL PA: BSCPA provides information on current bicycle related events for our area on the website and Facebook page and gathers people together who are interested in improving conditions for cycling in South Central Pa. This includes, but is not limited to: advocates, cyclists, bike shop personnel (profit and non-profit), bike club representatives, cycling instructors, transportation planners, and community health organizations. South Central PA refers to Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry and York counties, all of which are in PennDOT District 8, but anyone is welcome to attend.
